📋 Description

• Own client relationships day-to-day : regular updates, managing expectations, handling the tricky conversations • Onboard new clients and get projects set up properly from the start • Quote for smaller pieces of work and manage scope discussions • Schedule and prioritise work across the design and development team • Manage the team's workload, capacity, and priorities • Keep projects on track and flag issues before they become problems • Report back to clients with meaningful updates

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of project management experience in a digital or web agency • Experience managing multiple clients and projects at the same time • Direct client communication experience • Understanding of Shopify and how e-commerce works • Comfortable with commercial conversations, quoting, scoping, pushing back on scope creep • Experience actually managing people, not just coordinating with them
