📋 Description

• Lead content creation and storytelling across web pages, white papers, sales collateral, presentation decks and social copy • Write content about x-hoppers’ products and their relevance to industry trends, including brochures, blog posts, video scripts and sales collateral • Craft narratives communicating x-hoppers’ features, benefits and value to retail audiences • Build presentation decks for sales pitches, product demos, vendor briefings and industry events • Write social media copy for campaigns, events and always-on content, and brief visuals to the Creative team • Create copy for email campaigns, landing pages and social media promoting x-hoppers at industry events • Work with SEO specialists to optimise content and drive traffic • Gather product insights and customer stories from Product, Sales and Tech teams • Use AI tools such as Gemini to draft outlines and accelerate content creation while checking accuracy and brand voice • Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity and adherence to brand guidelines • Contribute to content strategy and maintain work-in-progress records for a smooth handover • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Tech teams to create accurate, on-brand stories for UK and US retail audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a senior B2B copywriter or content strategist, ideally in SaaS, UCaaS or retail technology • Strong portfolio covering long-form content, sales collateral and presentation decks • Excellent storytelling skills and ability to turn technical features into clear customer benefits • Experience writing B2B social media copy, especially for LinkedIn • Good understanding of SEO copywriting and working from SEO briefs • Hands-on experience with AI writing tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot • Sharp editing and proofreading skills with a high level of accuracy and no overclaiming • Ability to write in both British and US English • Confidence working with technical experts and a wide range of stakeholders • Strong organisation and ability to manage several deadlines with little supervision • Availability to start on 1 February 2027 for the full 9-month contract • Portfolio or work samples link required with application
