🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in developing creative and communication strategies • Strong sensibility for brands, trends and specific target audiences • Excellent conceptual skills with high creative standards • Experience in guiding individuals and teams • Strategic brand understanding & audience focus • Data-driven impact & performance orientation • Collaboration & strong communication skills • Proactive ownership & openness • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
