📋 Description
• Supporting municipal utilities and energy suppliers with customer, communication, and workflow processes • Analyzing and modeling processes related to customer communication • Implementing functional requirements in the ERP system • Conducting and facilitating workshops with clients
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the energy supplier or municipal utility sector • Solid experience in process modeling • Practical SQL and data skills • Good understanding of ERP and IT systems • Confident communication with clients • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
