• Lead day-to-day marketing operations across the EMEA region • Translate business priorities into executable marketing plans, campaigns, events, and content • Orchestrate internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and on budget • Act as the primary operational backstop for EMEA marketing execution • Champion AI-powered marketing practices and identify opportunities to improve productivity, campaign performance, content creation, audience engagement, and reporting • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools and workflows while maintaining brand consistency, quality, governance, and compliance • Shape and execute go-to-market narratives and support priority growth initiatives • Translate complex service offerings into clear, compelling marketing outputs • Own business- and growth-led thought leadership, including POVs, capability narratives, and event and sales-enabled content • Draft, edit, and refine content • Work with subject matter experts to create publishable material • Translate market trends, including AI and digital transformation, into thought leadership and client-facing content • Collaborate with Digital & PR leadership on reputation-focused thought leadership and external visibility • Plan and execute industry events, executive roundtables, and client forums • Manage vendors, logistics, budgets, and post-event follow-up • Partner with sales and leadership teams to define event objectives and measure outcomes • Manage agencies, freelancers, designers, content partners, and event vendors • Own partner briefing, quality control, timelines, and spend discipline • Collaborate with Regional Digital, Brand & PR leadership and global marketing • Identify and scale innovative marketing technologies, including AI-enabled solutions • Represent marketing operations in regional leadership forums
🎯 Requirements
• Substantial marketing experience gained at a senior level • Ideally a strong background in BPO, managed services, or outsourcing • Experience marketing blended delivery models, including onshore operations, nearshore centres, and offshore delivery • Proven ability to write clearly and persuasively • Experience working directly with senior business leaders • Comfortable operating with lean teams and limited structure • Proven track record of embedding AI into marketing processes, content creation, campaign delivery, or marketing operations at scale • AI-native mindset combining strategic marketing expertise with curiosity, experimentation, and ability to embed new technologies into day-to-day marketing operations • Prior leadership of marketing for a small to mid-sized BPO or services firm preferred • Experience supporting regulated or risk-sensitive industries preferred • Strong operational and commercial orientation
