🎯 Requirements
• 3-7 years in settlements, finance ops, or treasury • Crypto is a plus • Eagle-eye for numbers • Be able to function independently • Design processes that scale without hand-holding • Kill bad data on sight, fix root causes, not symptoms • Help with growing and coaching junior colleagues.
