📋 Description

• Drive GTM execution of FBTC across DeFi ecosystems and institutional integrations • Validate and execute new vault structures (DeFi, RWAs, etc.) • Interface with key partners (CEXs, custodians, fund managers, protocols) • Deliver roadmap clarity, speed, and precision to engineering • Track market dynamics and ensure our product edges remain defensible

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of combined prior experience in product management roles at leading traditional financial institutions, crypto protocols, or b2c platforms. • Experience working with major financial institutions, protocols, and exchanges. • Strong understanding of BTCR primitives, defi vaults, and RWA/tokenization stack. • Strong understanding of Traditional Finance, DeFi, and Risk concepts. • Strong understanding smart contracts, chain networks, custody, and security. • Proven track record of executing and scaling early-stage products and ability to lead strategic projects with minimal oversight. • Comfortable writing clear docs, specs, and GTM plans. • Native fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
