📋 Description

• Coordinate projects within the client portal. • Assist in developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans. • Communicate with team members to complete projects and address client requests. • Engage with clients and prospects daily through social media platforms. • Identify and implement system improvements and standard operating procedures. • Contribute to team culture and overall success. • Prospect and contact potential customers. • Conduct quality control for deliverables. • Create websites for property listings or projects. • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience in a project management role or similar position. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in CRM systems. • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities. • Able to work on a graveyard shift • Familiarity with tools like Zoho One Project Management Tool, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Vault, Stripe, or equivalent platforms. • Experience with Shopify, GSuite, and social media platforms. • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar). • Tech-savvy, with a proactive and solution-driven attitude.
