📋 Description
• Manage financial records for more than one entity, including 3 entities in New Zealand • Accurately enter and process supplier bills for payment • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are correctly coded • Generate reports and prepare analytical reports • Process payroll for 100+ staff • Manage superannuation lodgements • Prepare and file Single Touch Payroll reports • Process bank payments and batch payments for suppliers • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records compliant with Australian accounting standards • Understanding of the Australian Tax System – including GST • Preparation and lodgement of BAS
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in AU/US General Accounting • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) • Proven experience in Generating reports + preparing analytical reports • Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulations • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
