📋 Description
• Design visual assets for paid ads, including static creatives, carousels, banners, and display formats • Produce marketing visuals for email campaigns, landing pages, and pitch decks • Ensure creative consistency and high-quality execution across deliverables • Collaborate with copywriters and art directors to align message and design • Respond to campaign performance data with rapid creative iterations • Follow brand guidelines and apply visual standards across clients and platforms • Stay current on platform-specific ad specs and digital design best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (Required) • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or advertising design (Required) • Portfolio demonstrating ad-related design work is required • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience preferred • Experience with e-commerce or DTC brand campaigns is a plus • Must have valid U.S. tax reporting eligibility (e.g., W-9 status) • Must be residing in the Pacific Time Zone (PST)
