📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and promote Faye Travel Insurance products • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities • Represent Faye in professional forums, conferences, and events in the travel space • Grow and develop accounts within the travel industry vertical

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in leading partner growth & account development activities, specifically B2B2C partner management, ideally within the travel or insurance industry • Strong understanding of the travel sector, including agencies, airlines, cruise lines, hospitality, tour operators and OTAs • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Proven ability to build and maintain long term client relationships • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach • Ability and desire to travel domestically and internationally • Ability to run with new ideas, be proactive and excel independently and as part of a team
