📋 Description

• The Per Diem Therapist is an integral part of the primary care treatment team. • Manage clients with medical and eating disorder concerns. • Provide skill training through patient education strategies. • Develop specific behavioral/therapeutic treatment plans for patients. • Assist primary health care providers in recognizing and treating clients. • Maintain thorough documentation of client meetings and progress. • Follow all safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality. • Update Slack channels as needed. • Participate in meetings and respond to emails.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be licensed in the state of Illinois • At least two (2) years experience providing eating disorder care. • Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems. • Efficient in Google systems as well as Slack, Verifiable, Medtrainer, Trainual. • Masters level training or equivalent in area of specialization. • Must be able to operate a computer and navigate applications within a smart-phone, iPhone, MacBook computer and/or tablet. • Must have reliable internet connection.
