📋 Description

• Act as a partner to team leaders in the organization helping them achieve their goals • Conceive, architect, build and maintain automated workflows • Proactively suggest and implement new automation and process improvements without waiting for assignments • Document processes, monitor results, and measure impact of improvements • Work closely with the CEO, the Growth team, and other departments • Turn manual, repetitive tasks into smart, automated solutions • Operate as a freelance contractor with clear tasks and deliverables, long-term engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with Clay (must-have) • Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools such as Zapier and Make • Familiarity with AI tools • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot • Comfortable writing scripts, running SQL queries, working with APIs, or gluing systems with low-code solutions • Ability to identify bottlenecks, test hypotheses, fix root causes, and track performance • Excellent communication skills and proactive approach • English at B2+ level • Self-directed but collaborative, values quick feedback loops • Nice to have: JavaScript, Google Apps Script, or Python scripting experience • Nice to have: Experience supporting Growth/Sales teams • Nice to have: Background in data analysis or reporting
