📋 Description

• Gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules across various markets, focusing on streamlining complex processes • Advise clients through intricate approval processes to achieve fast and efficient outcomes • Build and maintain relationships with municipal staff to accelerate approval times • Oversee multiple permitting projects simultaneously, ensuring key milestones are met and projects move swiftly to completion • Anticipate and resolve permitting roadblocks to keep projects on track • Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to improve Pulley’s platform and client experience • Shape permitting operations and refine best practices and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in California or the general Bay Area • 6+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting • Demonstrated involvement in various permitting processes • Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes • Excellent communication abilities and relationship-building skills with clients and municipal officials • Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable to learning new systems • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related field • Must address U.S. visa sponsorship requirements in the application
