📋 Description

• Conduct dynamic sales calls with potential as well as previous clients (70 – 80 calls per day) • Evaluate, interview clients, and enroll new clients through our consultative sales process • Achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPI • Manage clients’ dating experience through matching and feedback • Collaborate with Client Advisors who provide concierge-level day-to-day service to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience • Minimal 2 years of sales experience with 1 year minimum at the same company that includes phone or door-to-door sales experience • Thrives in a combination of remote and in-office sale environment • High volume outbound dialer • Comfortable on a performance-based commission structure • Money motivated with a desire to make over six figures • Experience in 1-call close and 24-hour sales cycle (preferred) • Intangible or luxury product sales experience (preferred)
