📋 Description

• Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks to business teams. • Take ownership of drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of legal agreements to accelerate contract velocity. • Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and negotiation. • Seek to understand customer and internal client perspectives to solve problems. • Triage a heavy workflow, set priorities with internal clients, and deliver results efficiently. • Support continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes. • Manage agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company. • Knowledge of data privacy and experience handling Data Processing Agreements. • Both written and verbal fluency in either German or French. • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK, or at least one country in Europe. • Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts, including SaaS contracts, professional services agreements, partner agreements, and NDAs. • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management systems. • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without the need for visa sponsorship.
