📋 Description

• Serve as the operational engine behind partner go-to-market execution, ensuring partner-driven revenue is measurable, predictable, and aligned with company growth objectives • Define and implement the "Partner Gold Standard" by analyzing performance across sales, sourcing, and delivery • Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure partner program adoption, execution, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution • Drive adoption of partner scorecards, dashboards, and best practices across the global partner organization • Collect, aggregate, and frame blueprints for successful channel sales plays and standardize sales plays across the partner community • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Partner Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on joint sales motions, partner attach strategies, and demand generation • Develop partner performance scorecards and dashboards to drive accountability and guide quarterly business reviews • Codify best practices and repeatable playbooks; package training and tools to enable partner-facing teams • Establish governance models, frameworks, and processes that drive accountability, transparency, and consistency • Standardize execution across partner account managers and alliance leads; implement operational cadences (QBRs, scorecards, play performance reviews) • Lead program reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners and embed feedback loops for continuous improvement • Proactively identify execution gaps, implement corrective actions, and continuously refine the partner operating model

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience in Channel/Alliances or individual contribution • Minimum of 3+ years of experience building and managing complex projects, including developing operational frameworks, conducting internal audits, and implementing governance controls for partner ecosystems • Experience with process automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies • Proven program and project management acumen with a track record of effectively leading multifaceted initiatives • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to build content & professional decks in Microsoft PPT, SharePoint, and Google • Experience working on enterprise technology initiatives with business-wide scope and impact • Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as IT, HR, Legal, Enablement and Operations • Demonstrated experience presenting detailed and complex go-to-market concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills in all mediums and throughout all levels of the organization • A teammate and change champion with a bias for action • Strong adaptability, high attention to detail, processes, and organization • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based; this role does not offer visa sponsorship
