• Define the annual and quarterly partner marketing strategy for the AMER region. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Partner Marketing Managers. • Serve as the primary architect and manager for the distribution model. • Partner closely with AMER Partner Sales and Field Marketing. • Oversee the AMER partner marketing budget. • Act as the primary point of contact for AMER partner marketing. • Standardize campaigns and event playbooks across the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. • 8–12 years of experience in partner/channel marketing, with at least 3+ years in a people management role. • Proven track record of managing marketing through Distributors, National Resellers and Global System Integrators. • Prior experience managing or launching a 2-tier distribution marketing model is highly preferred. • Deep expertise in the B2B SaaS/Enterprise technology landscape; Cybersecurity or Cloud security background is a bonus.
