📋 Description

• Oversee the overall digital marketing strategy across direct-to-consumer and digital channels • Develop and implement lead generation and DTC growth campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and website structure to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition efficiency • Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms to streamline lead capture, nurturing, and management • Manage performance across SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and content marketing channels • Create targeted paid, organic, and content marketing campaigns to attract high-quality leads and customers • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value • Partner with Sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and ensure seamless lead handoff • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated, multi-channel campaigns • Guide and mentor junior team members and external partners • Analyze performance data and report on CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and channel performance • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and budget allocation • Oversee content development, including blog posts, case studies, webinars, and white papers • Partner with content and creative teams to support SEO, paid media, and conversion objectives • Own and manage the digital marketing budget, forecast spend and performance, and prioritize high-performing channels • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation • Proven success managing online lead generation campaigns using SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing • Experience leading cross-functional teams and direct reports • Ability to interpret data and metrics to refine strategies • Expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot, SEO platforms, and analytics software • Innovative thinking for designing compelling campaigns • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously • Collaboration with creative teams, content creators, product marketing leaders, and external partners • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
