📋 Description

• Lead a small team to ensure team SLAs are met • Train new hires on systems and processes • Work with the manager to estimate work volume and support resource planning • Guide and support team members in developing domain expertise • Conduct periodic performance reviews and development discussions • Provide and record continuous feedback • Manage team SLA performance • Manage client expectations and priorities • Provide audit support • Undertake and lead data, basis, results, and balance sheet production for IFRS, Economic Capital, Asset Share, and New Business Reporting • Produce base and stressed balance sheet and P&L accounts according to Solvency II requirements • Produce asset model results and perform stress analysis, ALM, and Equity Release valuation • Lead complex projects and developments, including project planning, dashboards, and communication • Think creatively to generate solutions to difficult problems

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation with Actuarial exams • At least 4 years of Actuarial experience • ALS modelling requirement or Actuarial SME with Data science background • VBA, R, or Python • Strong understanding of Prophet, DCS, etc. • Experience with regression testing, change requests, testing, and impact analysis • Actuarial model result analysis, including validation, analysis of change, economic and non-economic stresses, sensitivities, critical scenario, and back-testing • Knowledge of Solvency II requirements, including internal model and standard formula • SCR calculation and validation using solvency models • Knowledge of NB reporting and analysis, including VNB, APE, NBS, and profit driver analysis • Asset model results production, stress analysis, ALM, and Equity Release valuation
