📋 Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end record-to-report operations, including general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reviews, period-end close, and financial reporting • Ensure activities are completed accurately within agreed timelines and SLAs • Monitor operational performance, risks, and bottlenecks; implement corrective actions • Lead a large RTR team through managers, assistant managers, team leaders, and SMEs • Establish performance expectations and manage staffing, workload distribution, and resource utilization • Coach, mentor, develop talent, and support succession planning • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, governance meetings, escalations, and issue resolution • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, SOX requirements, and client-specific controls • Support internal and external audits and close audit observations • Lead process simplification, standardization, automation, digitization, Lean, and Six Sigma initiatives • Partner with Automation, Technology, and Transformation teams on RPA, workflow automation, AI, and analytics solutions • Monitor KPIs including SLA adherence, close timelines, journal entry accuracy, reconciliation aging, quality, productivity, backlog, and customer satisfaction • Support workforce planning, capacity management, budgeting, productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• CA / CA Inter / CMA • 5–7 years of post-qualification experience • Team handling experience is mandatory • Mumbai candidates preferred • Must be willing to work from the office in Mumbai–Thane • Must be willing to work US shifts, 5:30 PM–2:30 AM
