📋 Description

• Create diverse and compelling character animations to enhance gameplay experience • Develop animations from scratch or manipulate mocap data for in-game animation • Collaborate with the Animation Director, animators, game designers, and programmers to understand quality objectives and gameplay intentions • Identify and report animation-related issues • Own animation features from concept to final implementation, including prototyping, iteration, integration, debugging, and polish • Estimate task time and manage deadlines effectively • Contribute to a transparent and learning culture within the team • Anticipate production and technical risks and communicate them early to relevant stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Animator in the video game industry • Proficiency in Maya and Unreal Engine 5 • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities • Deep understanding of body mechanics and aesthetics • Adaptability, flexibility, and openness to change • Ability to give and receive constructive criticism • Innovative problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Candidates must be based within the European Economic Area
