• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field • Minimum of 2 years experience in case management, preferably in the field of women's rights • Demonstrated knowledge of women's rights issues, laws, and resources • Strong communication, advocacy, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients • Knowledge of community resources and ability to make appropriate referrals • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse populations
