📋 Description

• Provide email-based customer support during the Holiday 2026 season • Help customers with questions about their orders and Wonderbly Group’s books • Work varying hours based on customer demand, typically increasing to 15–20+ hours per week in December • Complete paid training before supporting customers independently • Follow written guidance, policies, and processes while using judgment to resolve customer questions • Set availability around other commitments on a zero-hours freelance arrangement

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, 5 days a week, once the season is underway • Based within a timezone between US/Canada Pacific and Central European Time, covering most of the USA, Canada, the UK, and Europe • Steady access to a computer/laptop and reliable high-speed internet • Comfortable using email, messaging platforms, everyday internet tools, various browsers and devices, and G-Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.) • Fully fluent in written and spoken English • Ability to work on a self-employed/freelance basis and handle own invoicing and tax reporting • Previous customer support experience is nice to have, not required • Previous remote or independent work experience is nice to have, not required • Written fluency in French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Japanese is nice to have, not required • Strong written communication, self-direction, initiative, judgment, and customer-oriented approach
