📋 Description

• In this role, you will facilitate the delivery of robotic process automation (RPA) projects through the mobilisation, definition, development, and deployment phases. • Your responsibilities will include project management, resource planning, stakeholder management, and communication planning. • You will work closely with our team of award-winning business and technical specialists and leaders. • Serve as principal point-of-contact for the client and their team. • Lead several concurrent projects that involve consultants, developers, and clients. • Establish the Project Management Plan, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings with client stakeholders as aligned with the delivery operating model. • Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholders. • Facilitate resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications. • Coordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables (i.e. PDD, SDD, ODI, and BPA releases) • Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to help avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks • Provide regular weekly status updates, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to the client and Program Manager • Identify, catalogue, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions between internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree focused on Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience. • Must have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience. • Have excellent planning, problem-solving, project management and leadership skills. • Understand IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc) • Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation (i.e. Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere) • Leadership skills to inspire co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellence. • Understand the drivers of value, including the ability to size and prioritise large-scale initiatives across businesses and functions. • Bonus Points—Any prior work with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, IBM Datacap, etc).
