This commitment enables us to make a meaningful impact on our clients, communities, and the planet. • In this role, the Senior Client Manager will develop and lead client service teams composed of professionals from both the Consulting and Operations & Maintenance divisions of the firm. It also provides increased leadership visibility through direct client engagement, marketplace presence, and strategic account development. • This position offers strong bonus potential, making it an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals looking to make a significant impact. • The Senior Client Manager is responsible for identifying and understanding client needs and pairing our solutions to create success.  This position is highly visible both within and outside the firm. It involves working with large and complex client organizations to address their unmet needs through our deliberate approach to problem-solving and commitment to generating fresh ideas. • This position allows for remote work and travel up to 20% on an average monthly basis.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the execution and management in the marketplace.   • A bachelor's degree in civil or environmental science/engineering or a related field from an accredited program is preferred.   • Demonstrated experience selling into multiple executive and plant-level functions within Private Sector clients, including engineering, EHS, treatment plant operations, capital project management, and procurement.   • Ability to serve as the liaison between the Client and our technical delivery teams to understand needs and    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence   • Identify, lead, and participate in business development, bid, and proposal efforts.   • Strong desire to grow an organization and the ability to motivate others.   • Understanding the business development cycle explicitly related to the consulting business, including opportunity identification, proposal writing, development, and presentation.   • Strong communication skills.   • Ability to travel to client and company facilities up to 50% of the time.   • Open to remote work locations.
