• Develop, determine strategy for and lead a group of Corporate Alliance Managers that manage teams of Corporate Alliance Representatives, including overseeing performance management and team member development. • Develop and deploy a strategy for coordination between the core Career Services production teams and the Corporate Alliance team to ensure that partner requisitions are being filled in a timely manner. • Oversee collaboration of the Corporate Alliance Account Managers and corporate partners to ensure the sustained growth and success of partnerships. This includes facilitating a continuous stream of graduates applying to and getting hired by partners. • Proactively identify and understand the expectations and needs of corporate partners and clearly communicate these expectations to all Career Services stakeholders. • Oversee team productivity by ensuring call monitoring expectations are upheld and real time coaching on the job is being executed. • Ensure management of graduate population outreach and follow-up. • Lead with Care: Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of wellness, recognition, and engagement. Meet regularly with direct reports in one-on-one and group settings to provide feedback and cultivate/maintain a positive work culture. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Management experience required. • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills required. • History of developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time. • Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English. • Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment. • Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role.
