• This is a remote position. • WorkBetterNow provides full-time positions for professionals in LATAM looking to work with United States-based companies. • Our remote professionals come first and are the most important part of our team. • If you want to be part of a company that values work-life balance and supports your professional development, you’re in the right place. • We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team. • In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. • You will drive the sales process through proactive outreach, strategic relationship-building, and consistent follow-up, while leveraging your expertise in sales strategies and CRM management to exceed targets.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process • Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail • Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2 • Appropriate work-from-home environment • FT availability (40 hours a week) • Excellent relationship skills • Although not required, we also prefer candidates who have: • Experience working with CRM systems • Experience working from home • Good time management • Detail-oriented • Experience working with US-based companies • Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure • Self-motivated
