Workbrew is a software platform that provides visibility, governance, and delivery for software installed on company Mac workstations. 📋 Description

• Own customer research end to end: recruit participants, write research scripts, moderate sessions, synthesize findings, and write recommendations • Build static and interactive prototypes and test them with IT administrators before engineering commitment • Design parts of web and native applications upfront to reduce UX refactoring • Work with sales, customer success, and channel partner managers to reach users and build direct customer relationships • Describe differences among user personas and buyer types to focus problems appropriately • Determine the appropriate level of research and process for each initiative • Run quantitative research, including surveys, satisfaction and sentiment measurement, and unmoderated testing • Help establish and interpret quantitative product analytics • Ensure product decisions cite evidence and initiatives are reshaped or stopped before engineering • Improve product usability without slowing shipping pace

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing B2B software products that shipped and are in-market • Experience running user research end to end independently, including a detailed study walkthrough • Experience with quantitative research, including surveys, satisfaction tracking or unmoderated testing at scale • Experience measuring designs after they shipped • Ability to build and test prototypes with users • Experience working as the only UX Designer on a product team embedded with engineers and a product manager • Nice to have: Experience designing for DevTools, IT, fleet management, security, or compliance products • Nice to have: Experience designing for products where the buyer and end user differ • Nice to have: Comfort making front-end changes using pull requests • Nice to have: Experience building or maintaining a design system • Nice to have: Experience working in highly regulated environments
