• Lead the Audio & Video Production Team, overseeing all audio & video production (primarily podcasts) to ensure timely, high-quality output. • Own production resources and schedules, managing both ongoing content (podcasts, webinars) and custom projects (special series, live recordings, product videos). • Collaborate with the Content Team to improve show formats, enhance A/V strategy, and support guest preparation with best practices and equipment guidance. • Partner with the Brand Partnerships Team to deliver custom client content accurately and on schedule. • Act as a player-coach, editing 1 podcast show (4-8 episodes) per month, and support additional production if/as needed, in order to deeply understand team operations and inform future hiring. • Manage and grow the team, including producers, editors, and contractors, while ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders. • Provide weekly updates to leadership on podcast performance metrics and contractor budgets.
• 4-7 years in audio or video production, with experience leading teams or large-scale projects. • Skilled in podcast and video production from concept to final edit. • Proficient with industry-standard tools (Adobe Premiere, Audition, Pro Tools, or similar). • Strong project management and communication skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities. • Collaborative leader who thrives working with creative, sales, and ops teams. • Passionate about storytelling, audio quality, and elevating production standards. • Hands-on “player-coach” mindset with a drive to build and scale processes as the team grows.
