📋 Description
• Design and implement a multi-year global benefits roadmap • Act as a strategic advisor to regional HR leaders • Lead and develop a high-performing team • Direct the global benefits budget and negotiate with brokers and carriers • Drive the evolution of benefits technology stack and wellness offerings
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in Total Rewards/Benefits • At least 5 years in a people manager leadership role within a global, public company (SaaS experience preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field • Advanced knowledge of global benefit regulations • Significant experience with Workday or similar enterprise HCM systems • Exceptional ability to influence without authority
