📋 Description

• Combine a multitude of project components into a cohesive program that is aligned with business priorities, balanced across project constraints, and managed to meet project objectives • Network with stakeholders to build cross-functional relationships to further build, define and execute strategies and initiatives • Identify and effectively execute necessary change management plans • Establish strong relationships and partnerships internally • Facilitate and manage project processes and understand the methodology, serving as a subject matter expert on project management • Plan, monitor, and manage initiatives to effectively mitigate risks. Provide transparency through key status updates and established metrics through communication with Executives and/or Leadership • Identify and balance major project constraints including cost, scope, schedule, risk, quality, resources, and customer satisfaction. • Assist Senior leadership in designing tools and processes to support the program and increase the visibility of initiatives, timelines, and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years experience planning and managing complex projects with cross-functional teams. • Bachelor’s Degree • 2 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience • Project management certification, e.g. PMP, agile • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement • The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines • Well-organized with superb project management and time management skills • The ability to work effectively with multiple teams in various locations • Understands, practices, and promotes agile principles. • Teamwork-oriented and can thrive working alongside many different perspectives to get things done • Effective negotiator and creative problem solver who can build consensus and drive results in partnership with stakeholders from individual contributors to executive leadership • Can lead through influence, partnering with globally distributed, cross-functional teams to achieve a shared goal • Comfortable working in a dynamic, continuously evolving environment with the ability to prioritize accordingly
