📋 Description

• Gain skills across communication development, data-driven business decisions, change management, process improvement, and technical proficiency • Create internal and external resources, visuals, and communications • Assist with data collection and analytics for a variety of projects • Audit internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Use a range of editing software to trim, arrange, and edit recorded video sequences • Facilitate 1:many customer communication campaigns and engagements • Assist with creating enablement materials for new hires • Support and organize internal communication channels • Scope professional development and other employee training resources

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Communications, Management, Business Analytics, or a related program • Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Self-motivated with a strong focus on action, results, and continuous improvement • Interest in building a career in data analytics, communication, and/or enablement • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and G Suite
