📋 Description

• Support our stakeholder engagement and business requirements management workstream for the emergency medical services (EMS) electronic patient care reports (ePCR) project • Validate project functional requirements • Work alongside the vendor and stakeholders • Test the solution and troubleshoot issues • Coordinate diverse stakeholders for issues resolution • Report to the Manager, Acute and Tertiary Care Services administratively and the Senior Project Manager, ePCR Project • Provide remote and on-site go-live support in healthcare and EMS facilities across Saskatchewan.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of seven (7) years experience in a business analyst role • Healthcare experience with a clinical application implementation within the last five (5) years • Ability to translate business requirements into specifications, data flows and clinical workflows • Experience eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements documentation • Ability to communicate complex issues in an effective manner to all levels in the organization • Ability to navigate and build strong relationships in a large, complex multi-enterprise environment • Proven history of being a methodical thinker with excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and consulting skills • Proven history of resolving complex issues • Ability to build capacity in client’s knowledge and ability to use tools and implemented solution • Previous experience developing test strategies, plans and coordinating testing activities • Previous experience on minimum three (3) provincial healthcare implementations in Canada • A Diploma/Degree in Canadian Health Informatics, Computer Science.
