• Optimize and document partner lifecycle processes: onboarding, submissions, renewals, and distributor management • Manage the shared inbox and respond to our partners efficiently • Create and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and MindMatrix to track key metrics • Automate repetitive tasks using AI and CRM tools • Participate in projects involving channel systems (documentation, UAT, deployment) • Collaborate with Data, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on partner needs • Keep training materials and guides up to date to enable a self-sufficient Partner team • Identify recurring roadblocks, propose solutions, and support the adoption of tools/processes.
• Analytical mindset and process-oriented approach • Experience with HubSpot CRM • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI • Comfortable with CRM systems and integrations • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with automation or AI tools • Curious, collaborative, and comfortable with change.
