• Work closely with the operations and technical teams to review, edit, format and update reports, policies, templates and other service documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity and consistency. • Support the operations team by creating, updating and organising operational documentation, including internal processes, client packs, presentations and resources. • Assist with marketing content creation, such as brochures, promotional materials, event documentation and written collateral. • Develop a strong understanding of our systems and workflows, using your IT proficiency to help streamline and improve internal processes. • Maintain organised, up-to-date filing systems and document libraries to ensure information is easy to access and compliant with internal standards. • Collaborate with colleagues across the business, providing dependable administrative support to help maintain high-quality service delivery. • Handle a range of administrative tasks including scheduling, formatting documents, proofreading, data entry and maintaining records. • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance documentation quality, consistency and usability.
• Highly organised, methodical and able to manage multiple priorities. • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong written English and excellent proofreading skills. • Confident working with a wide range of documents and content types. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and comfortable learning new systems and software. • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. • Keen to learn about the health and social care sector and support the operational and technical functions of the business. • Professional, reliable and passionate about contributing to a culture of quality and excellence.
