📋 Description

• Support Professional Services and Delivery teams • Manage customer relationships • Scope billable projects • Develop clear, impactful statements of work • Own execution of a diverse project portfolio • Run structured, complex enterprise software deployments, including Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Finance • Drive higher-velocity, smaller application rollouts • Champion internal AI and automation tools to streamline project tracking and accelerate project documentation and status reports • Travel domestically up to 25% to lead kick-off meetings, conduct steering committee reviews, and build relationships with enterprise clients and distributed teams • Manage relationships with international stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross-border customers • Define and analyze project scopes, impacts, resource allocations, and localized outcomes • Develop detailed project plans and map dependencies • Track concurrent workstreams and deadlines • Deliver documented project progress updates to delivery teams, sponsors, board members, and clients • Identify, track, resolve, and escalate risks and localized issues • Use project management systems, tools, and methodologies while maintaining audit-ready documentation • Close projects to enable revenue recognition and review global lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally some experience in Project Management and IT/software and SaaS deployments; transferable skills are welcomed • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools, including project management software, generative AI tools, or predictive analytics • Proven experience working within structured project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) • Documented success delivering complex projects on budget and on time, meeting or exceeding project revenue targets • Ability to manage competing priorities, tight international deadlines, and complex project details without sacrificing quality • Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and negotiation skills • High cultural awareness for global communication • Experience in commercial decision-making and managing project profitability • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with diverse, cross-functional, and remote international teams • High proficiency with modern project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, MS Office, G-Suite)
