• Self-starter who leads projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight. You approach novel problems with curiosity and put in the work to learn and adapt in order to find a resolution, unafraid to ask questions and propose proactive solutions. • Thrives working across teams, fast-paced environments with excellent prioritization and organizational skills. You are adept at organizing your workflow, setting milestones, and achieving objectives efficiently. • Able to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business solutions and anticipate potential challenges. • Experience working on cross-jurisdictional legal issues in multicultural settings. • Experience working with or at fast-growing and dynamic tech companies. • Direct experience working on legal matters faced by crypto or blockchain companies is preferred, but not required. Nevertheless, you should have a strong passion for learning about and understanding complex and innovative technologies and the potential they have to make the world more accessible and equitable.
