📋 Description
• Provide customer support via email and chat, primarily in Russian, and occasionally in English • Assist with inquiries about account and payment processes • Resolve login and registration difficulties • Restore and modify emails, phone numbers, and other account information • Handle hacked accounts and restore characters • Address questions about the reward program • Answer queries about tokens and pre-paid game cards • Handle any payment-related inquiries and process refunds • Professionally manage customer data
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in Russian C2 and English (C1) • Gaming experience / Customer Service • Great communication • High school diploma minimum • Valid work permit in Portugal
