• Manage global investigator payments end-to-end for assigned studies • Collect information from teams, systems, and tools in a timely and proactive manner • Interpret global contract terms, budgets, and payment schedules to align payments with Clinical Trial Agreements • Analyze and present data for stakeholders • Liaise between investigative sites, clinical research teams, and functional leaders • Perform payment reconciliations at mandated intervals • Analyze budgeted versus actual spend and review findings with project teams • Develop budgetary forecasts related to investigator payments • Develop and distribute consolidated monthly payment reports on paid and unpaid sites • Participate in client and project team meetings • Prepare for, participate in, and follow up on audits and inspections • Serve as point of contact for investigator-related queries • Identify underpayment and overpayment trends and work toward process improvement • Collaborate with financial and clinical departments • Research and resolve payment discrepancies • Provide customer service to internal teams, external sites, and sponsors • Perform other duties as assigned
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment • Ability to exercise independent judgment with sensitivity to decisions requiring supervisory approval • Ability to handle multiple tasks, including rapid response in generating new documents, forms, and tools • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to develop naming conventions and filing architecture • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher • Knowledge and understanding of ICH, GCP, FDA or EU directive regulations, as applicable, and local regulatory requirements • Excellent spoken and written English skills, as well as fluency in the language of the country of location • Energetic, diligent, and customer-oriented • At least two years of experience with a CRO or pharmaceutical company in a relevant role involving qualitative data entry, data validation in finance, project management, or contracts is preferred • Four-year college curriculum or university degree, OR two-year college curriculum and one or more years of experience in office administration or a similar position, OR skill sets and proven performance equivalent to the above • Advanced English proficiency; fluency in Mandarin is mandatory
