• Maintain the global Learning Management System (LMS) • Create learning-related activities such as training modules, classes, courses, and learning matrices within the LMS • Resolve LMS-related queries from end users • Maintain the LMS support center and documentation; coordinate with IT and the software vendor to resolve issues and minimize downtime • Create and maintain system guidelines and FAQs • Support retrieval of training records, plans, and related documents during audits and inspections • Provide responses to audit and inspection training-related findings • Manage user accounts in the LMS • Assist with developing standards, processes, procedures, guidelines, and quality checks for system configurations, architecture, and role-based security • Resolve training problems and consult on effective solutions • Provide training-related reports using LMS reporting functionality • Train and mentor new team members • Lead assigned training department projects • Serve as a point of escalation to the compliance training team • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with a learning management system—Cornerstone or Cornerstone SBX—or relevant experience within the Pharmaceutical or CRO industry • Oral and written fluency in the English language • Strong working knowledge of learning management systems and their principles of operation • Strong knowledge in all MS-Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation skills • Strong ability to plan, strategize, manage, monitor, schedule, critique, and problem-solve • Basic project management skills • Strong customer service skills • Knowledge of the CRO/pharmaceutical industry • Knowledge of training concepts and methods of training • Ability to develop and deliver training on use of the LMS to end users • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work under both the direction of others and minimal direction • Flexible and can-do attitude to work in a changing environment
