📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of patient and site engagement activities across multiple clinical studies • Coordinate and manage Worldwide vendors globally that provide strategic and operational support for specifically awarded projects • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations • Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies • Ensuring that recruitment and retention objectives are met within assigned studies • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with sponsor and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with team members to review patient recruitment strategies’ appropriateness and implementation for various client proposals. • Recommends solutions and escalate issues to Project Management or Patient and Site Solutions team management as required

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years’ experience in clinical research related field • Background in medicine, science or other relevant discipline • Understanding of building budgets as they pertain to vendor services • Ability to communicate and negotiate with vendors for relevant services • Effective communicator, both written and spoken English • Knowledge of the principles of Good Clinical Practice • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Travel approximately 5% for business needs • Ability to work at a fast pace with short timelines.
