• Build and refine high-quality financial datasets that serve as the foundation for the company’s AI product. • Collaborate closely with engineering and accounting teams to design structured evaluations and stress tests for AI-generated financial outputs. • Define and establish criteria for accuracy and correctness within complex, real-world accounting workflows. • Critically analyze and deconstruct various accounting processes to create clear, logical, and repeatable procedures. • Ensure the highest level of data integrity and detail in all tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of hands-on, practical accounting experience. • Profound command of accounting principles and ability to comprehend diverse financial workflows quickly. • Exceptional written communication skills; clear, concise, thoughtful explanation. • Process-oriented mindset; skilled at breaking down complex problems into manageable steps. • Superior attention to detail and advanced proficiency with spreadsheets. • First-principles thinker who questions assumptions and applies existing knowledge to novel situations. • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a fully remote environment. • Strong communicator; effective at collaborating with senior and junior stakeholders.
