• Edit and polish AI-generated and original written content—such as articles, show notes, newsletters, and social posts—to ensure clarity, tone, and smooth readability. • Prepare, upload, and format content within Webflow and Buzzsprout, maintaining accuracy, visual consistency, and SEO alignment. • Assist with ongoing production cycles by managing templates, SOPs, and checklists to ensure dependable, timely content output. • Perform light podcast audio/video edits, including trimming, leveling, exporting, and uploading final files. • Transform long-form material into shorter, platform-specific assets for LinkedIn, Medium, Reddit, and other channels. • Schedule and publish content across social platforms with an eye toward maximizing engagement and reach. • Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions, supporting content strategy with ideas that reinforce consistent messaging. • Work within established procedures, tools, and deadlines, delivering work with accuracy and discipline. • Maintain internal digital file systems, ensuring assets are organized, searchable, and up-to-date. • Communicate proactively with the founder and broader team to support smooth collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or a similar discipline. • Excellent English communication skills, especially in editing for tone, clarity, and coherence. • Prior experience in content editing, digital publishing workflows, or multimedia production. • Familiarity with Webflow, Buzzsprout, Google Workspace, Notion or Slack, and basic podcast-editing tools. • Capable of managing several tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Comfortable adapting to evolving processes, identifying gaps, and offering solutions. • Open to feedback with strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • Leadership qualities or initiative-driven traits are considered an added advantage. • Experience working within structured content management systems. • Understanding of editorial standards, SEO basics, and platform-specific content formatting. • Ability to repurpose content for different audiences and platforms. • Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset.
