âą Own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of HubSpot CRM environments âą Design CRM architectures that support marketing, sales, and customer success workflows âą Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions and processes âą Build and maintain pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, workflows, and automations âą Ensure CRM data integrity, structure, and reporting accuracy âą Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand goals and recommend CRM improvements âą Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support long-term scalability âą Provide guidance and troubleshooting support related to HubSpot usage and adoption
âą Proven hands-on experience working as a HubSpot CRM Strategist or in a similar role âą Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation logic, and reporting âą Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail âą Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and following structured processes âą Strong communication skills and a proactive, accountable mindset âą Experience implementing or optimizing HubSpot CRM for mid-market or enterprise teams âą Solid understanding of RevOps concepts across marketing, sales, and customer success âą Ability to think strategically while executing tactically âą Experience working in remote, fast-paced environments
