📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Our client is looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce & Inventory Coordinator to join their mission-driven team in the clean skincare and wellness industry. • They are a fast-growing, sustainability-focused brand that has expanded across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart, while maintaining strong wholesale partnerships. • Responsibilities include Inventory Planning & Management, Wholesale Growth & Management, Multi-Channel Product Listings, Sales & Performance Analysis, Reporting & Documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing Shopify & Amazon Seller Central. • 2+ years in e-commerce inventory forecasting and wholesale operations. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field. • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with inventory planning tools. • Strong English communication (written and spoken). • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in high-growth DTC brands (preferred). • Portuguese fluency (a plus, not required). • Background in clean beauty, wellness, or sustainability (ideal but not mandatory).
