📋 Description

• Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat. • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues promptly and effectively. • Document all client interactions, steps taken, and resolutions in their ticketing system. • Escalate complex technical problems to senior team members or engineers as needed. • Assist with user account management and access control. • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles. • Develop technical skills while collaborating with a distributed, customer-focused team.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in Latin America (LATAM). • Proven experience in a similar IT helpdesk or technical support role. • A natural inclination for helping people and a strong customer-service orientation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills across various technology platforms. • Familiarity with core business and productivity software suites. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while collaborating effectively with a distributed team. • A growth mindset, with an eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
