📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs and data insights • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking • Implement A B testing strategies for creatives, copy, and targeting • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI • Create clear and structured performance reports • Collaborate with internal team members through Slack and Monday • Develop ad creatives or coordinate creative needs using Canva • Maintain organized documentation using Google Suite • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and identify growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken • Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with metrics • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Highly organized and detail oriented • Strong problem-solving skills • Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude • Experience working with service-based or coaching businesses is a plus • Experience using GHL • Familiarity with performance dashboards and reporting frameworks • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
