📋 Description

• Capture and configure new structured products in our internal data model using a dedicated user interface (GUI). • Ensure data completeness and accuracy for both newly created and existing products throughout their lifecycle. • Understand and validate data stored in XML format; basic XML knowledge is a strong advantage. • Manage incoming requests and queries via our ticketing system and occasionally by phone. • Provide accurate, timely feedback and resolve issues collaboratively. • Maintain manual product flows, including updates to product lifecycle data, website entries, and document uploads. • Work closely with internal data, product, quant and technology teams to ensure end-to-end consistency of product information and smooth downstream processing. • Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies in the data flow and proactively contribute to process optimization. • Contribute to initiatives across WSD, bringing Subject Matter Expertise of the use of data and relevant industry experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field • Strong understanding of Structured Products (ideally in the EMEA market) — product setup experience is a major plus. • Basic familiarity with XML data structures and logical data models. • Excellent analytical skills, precision, and a strong eye for detail. • Fluency in English and German. • Strong communication and client interaction skills, ideally with experience in a client-facing or ticket-based environment. • Reliable and self-organized with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Proactive mindset and interest in financial data operations and product lifecycle management.
