📋 Description

• Draft engagement letters, conflict waivers, ethical wall memoranda, secondment agreements, and related documents. • Analyze and resolve conflicts of interest and other ethical issues that often arise in context of new matters and new clients. • Review, revise and negotiate engagement letters, waivers, outside counsel guidelines and related agreements. • Assist in reviewing and updating firm policies and templates. • General support for the wide array of risk management duties performed by the Office of the General Counsel. • Prepare training materials for attorneys and professional staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • Active bar license in your state of residence or a jurisdiction in which Wilson Sonsini has an office. • 3+ years of law firm experience in litigation or conflicts clearance, risk management, governance, compliance or related matters. • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with lawyers and departments across the firm while managing shifting priorities. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, writing, organizational, and communication skills. • Commitment to excellent client service. • Excellent discretion and professionalism.
